This Refund Policy applies to all registration payments made for Junoon Hai Toh Jeet Hai and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration Fee Is Non-Refundable
The registration and administrative fee of ₹1,999 paid at the time of application is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, unavailability for the audition, or personal reasons.
2. No Guarantee of Selection
Payment of the registration fee allows you to apply for the Programme but does not guarantee shortlisting, selection, or a seat in the Programme episodes.
3. Failure to Submit Audition Material
If a participant fails to submit the required audition video, reel, or performance material within the specified guidelines, no refund or seat confirmation will be provided.
4. Programme Cancellation or Modification
If the Organizer modifies, suspends, postpones, or cancels the Programme due to unforeseen circumstances, legal requirements, or force majeure events, participants shall not be entitled to a refund, compensation, or damages.
5. Disqualification
Participants disqualified for cheating, fraudulent activity, manipulation of votes, misrepresentation of identity, or violation of the Terms & Conditions are not entitled to a refund.
